With a few long weekends and the summer holidays coming up, Grab wanted to make life extra easy - at home and while you travel around the region. With our new language settings feature, you can book a car, a bike, a meal or an activity in your preferred language, be it Bahasa, Thai or Chinese.

To change the setting in your app, simply update to v5.256 and go to Account > Profile > Language. Choose your preferred language and you're all set to explore!

Problem if use credit cards

Sometimes bad driver change condition as already arrived even though not arrived yet. And I haven’t ride tuktuk but they drive and after arrive, reduct money from credit cards. I met this kind of situation so many time. So don’t want to use cards

Ain't no way I can give 4 or 5 stars to this app

This app used to be better than other apps when I first started using. But no, this isn't an app with satisfying services anymore.

This app shows me an option of "JustGrab" when I use GrabTaxi, which is the type of the cars that comes around in 4-8 mins, they say, which actually arrives in more than 10 minutes ! I understand that the cars don't always arrive quick, I know this country is full of traffic jams, but then JUST DON'T TELL ME THEY COME IN 4-8 MINS. That's almost like a fraud isn't it?
And sometimes the GPS isn't working. It was already near my house when I thought it was stuck in the traffic jam, because of this useless GPS. It doesn't show the right information, sometimes, which is so annoying. I have to hurry for something that I actually didn't have to.

But you know what? I had no choice but to use this app because I need transport every week, I need delivery food when I need... but other apps are almost the same too.
This country doesn't have enough brain for those services huh? This is the best you can give us right? Terrible.

Poor service quality

It’s a gamble game when you come to quality of Grab. I gamble my dinner and lunch. Turn out, I failed. Ordered fried chicken, and chicken wings are smelly, chickens legs are red, still super raw in the middle and bones. The next day, in a hurry I ordered coffee. Yes, just coffee. And Grab driver refused to take that 1km ship. No reasons, just suddenly cancel. Not once, but twice. And then come to customer service, a man doesn’t know what to do, just keep telling me wait and wait. For sake, I have never been this mad for years.
Just don’t use Grab, just, don’t!
