Don’t use this App.

After using this App for a year, all the sudden they black listed me. I can’t perches my order in cash but only credit card.
The management told me because I cancel my order too much.
They won’t admit that they or the app keeps on canceling my order.
One of the guy I talk to said he will recover my account so I can pay in cash. Waited for 2 days but there is no change. Probably he lie to avoid my complain.
To be honest, I had a lot of stress from this app so I will delete it.
If you have grab or other apps, I recommend you to use that.

フードネコから移行して使いにくくて泣いた

大好きなフードネコのキャラおねぎさんとサヨナラをして、foodpandaにやってきました～！

しかし、ネコと違ってほんとに使いにくい､､､。
まず登録時、登録しにくくないですか？
これで不慣れな人は諦めてしまうと思います。
新規顧客獲得したいなら、早めに対処した方がそこで顧客こぼしてたら勿体ないですよ？

あとは、フードネコよりも店舗数が劣っている。
しかも、「注文殺到してデリバリー可能な店が限られている」の表示が､､､。
そうなるとほとんどの店舗が[一時閉店]になり2.3店舗しかなくなります。
ここもどうにか改善した方がいいのではないでしょうか？？

それとクーポン利用地域限定だとその限られた人しか使えないのも如何なものでしょうか､､､
それだと「じゃあいいや」とお金も落としません。

くわえて、口コミも見づらいです。
どこにあるのか考えないと分からないし、口コミがあるとないとじゃ、注文意欲にも関わるので分かりやすくしませんか？

あとは、お気に入り登録。
現在はお店のお気に入りしか出来ないですが、商品ごとにお気に入りにした方が見返した時に「これが食べたかったんだよな！」って分かりやすくないですか？？
お店を見返しても「あれ？どれが食べたかったんだっけ？」となることも多いと思います。

配達員さんは、今のところトラブルはないので大丈夫そうですね。

あと個人的にですが、UI改善しつつfoodpandaもフードネコのように愛されキャラを至る所に増やして「アプリを開くだけで楽しい、癒される！」そんな素敵なアプリにしてほしいです笑

今後に期待しています。

今進行形のトラブルです。

頼んでもいない商品が寝ている間にチャイムがなり、頼んでもないと伝えたら、非通知からフードパンダカスタマーを名乗る男からキャンセルさせてもらい、返金させて頂きますといわれました。

三日たっても返金されておらず再度問い合わせした所、キャンセルすらされていませんのですぐに、キャンセル処理し返金手続きに入るので、3〜5日以内に対応させてもらうとの事を言われました。
そして一週間経っても返金されておらず、再度問い合わせした所クレジットと、デビットだと返金にかかる日数が違い、最大15日かかると言われました。
そして頼んでから一ヶ月経った今でも返金されておらず、勿論商品も受け取っていません。
サイド問い合わせした際もこちらから送れる文章は見ることは出来ず、直接やり取りもできずに、一ヶ月経った今もこの様な定型分の返事しか来ません。

返金対応が遅いこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

返金対応につきましては、銀行により返金するお時間が異なっております。
大変恐縮ではございますが、もう少々お待ちくださいいただけますと幸いです。

カスタマーサービスと直接連絡を取りたいのですが、この後の返事は出来ず、電話対応もしていないとの事なので、大手デリバリーサービスなどの、しっかりした対応を希望する方には、オススメはできません。
