We’re regularly trying to make improvements to the app with each release. This time we’ve fixed some annoying bugs and improved the performance of the app.

Fast, Safe, and reliable.

I wasn’t so sure at first if I should use this app.
Fortunately, of all the the remittance/ money wiring services I used, this is the most reliable and has the highest exchange rate of currency. Yet super fast transaction at a super low cost of service fee and wiring. The interface of the app is super user friendly as well, as long as you saved your fast transactions, the next will be as easy as 123! If you pay thru credit card, the recipient will receive their money within minutes no matter where you are. I am very pleased with their services and right now it’s the only service I’m using and will ever use. Highly recommended. :)

This app is something else

When you log out of the app.. You can not login again. The authentication SMS is not working here in Japan.. Everyone is complaining. However on the web, it works fine. So bad that we cannot use the application anymore until it’s fixed… Contacting you is expensive here in Japan because it takes a lot of time. I think my explanation is clear. When you fix it please let us know.

Good option for money transfer but Customer service is not satisfactory

Money transfer is faster. Especially if its through debit or cash card. Credit card doesn’t work. However Customer service is pathetic. I dialled multiple times and every time I was kept waiting for 15 minutes and more. And its not toll free number. But still never able to speak to any customer support agent. They are very busy but their clients are too free.
