Added inline completion for nicks, channels, and commands
Added individual network and global settings for Join Channels on Connect
Added a setting to go along with the system theme and settings for which Igloo theme to use for day/night
Added a close button to the full screen image viewer since swiping wasn't intuitive to everyone
Added /close command since swiping a channel wasn't intuitive to everyone
Added /readall to reset the message counts for all channels on the current network

Added some VoiceOver accessibility labels that were missing
Changed the connection indicator in the topic bar to the icon from v2 so it can show both connection status and if you have pm/highlight. This change also gives you a way to reveal the server list without swiping by tapping the indicator
Changed default uploader to Imgur and remove Arxius
Fixed Imgur uploads if not authenticated with your Imgur account
Fixed some bugs with inline nick matching in messages
Fixed parsing monospace formatting
