以前濃霧のため着陸出来ずに成田に戻って来たときに、その日のうちに翌日の便のためのメール連絡が来ました。そのときは思わなかったのですが、のちに他社便のソラシドエアが機材トラブルにより欠航したときに当然メール連絡あると思ったら何日経ってもうんともすんともない。いろんな諸事情があると思い1ヶ月待ちましたがやはり連絡は一切なし。やむなくネットでソラシドのお問合せ窓口をクリックしたらANAのお問合せに繋がりその窓口で立て替え費用の請求をしたら、ソラシドに請求して下さいと折り返しのメールが！結局空港窓口まで行って立て替え費用専用の封筒を貰って、振り込み口座やらいろいろ記入して領収書を入れポスト投函。それから更に1ヶ月経つが未だ連絡も振り込みも一切なし。
あらためてあのときはわかりませんでしたがジェットスターの迅速な対応に感謝しました。ありがとうございました。

I've been a victim for twice now. I searched for a certain date, then I changed some entries on the search tab - knowing that the date is still the flight date that I input. Because of trust, I didn't check for everything upon payment; only to find out that the booked flight is a month before my input flight. It happened twice. What kind of system does that - changing entries of the flight without any confirmation? And when you seek for their help, they'll charge you another 100% price more. Just download Trip.com, or Expedia they're much more trustworthy than this garbage.

From booking to checking in to the respect of orders placed during booking Jet star has been on point since I started using it via the app some 4 years ago. Most of their flights too strictly adhere to time. There’s not been any entertainments in the flights that I have boarded. Perhaps the aircrafts were strictly designed for short distances that do not really require entertainment on board.
