Sign into your work resources simply and securely with the JumpCloud Protect® mobile application, proud winner of the Globee Cybersecurity Award. JumpCloud Protect enables multi-factor authentication (MFA) which ensures user verification.

MFA provides an extra layer of security beyond traditional username and password authentication through either a push notification or a verification code through TOTP (time-based one-time password).

Both methods are easier to use and provide more security than user-created passcodes or authentication codes sent via SMS. In addition, TOTP does not require your mobile device to be connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.

We have fixed an issue where the iOS keyboard does not show up when registering from certain applications. This issue will no longer impact users trying to login in using JumpCloud Protect as an authenticator.
