ユーザー登録の申請をしても数ヶ月放置。会社のアドレスを使用し再度申請。ようやくユーザー登録完了のメールが届きIDとパスワード入力しログインは出来たものの、利用権限が無い為アクセス出来ないと弾かれる。インターフェイス等も購入済み。
メーカー側から直接の連絡は一切無し。
酷いもんです。
本当は無星にしたいです。
