Cinema 1200, 800, and 700
Virtual Remote Control and EQ features require the soundbar be running the latest update. This normally happens automatically when the soundbar has been connected to the Internet, either via Klipsch Connect or Google Home. If your device has not been connected to the Internet, please contact our Product Support Team for assistance. See details below.

The Fives, The Sevens, and The Nines, including McLaren Editions
Virtual Remote Control and EQ features require the powered monitors be running the latest update. If you have not updated your Fives already, please download the free "Klipsch The Fives Updater" app. This will walk you through the update process. 最悪のアプリです

T5ではファームウェアのアップデートが完了したにも関わらず、まだアップデートできたいない扱いになり、再度アップデートしようとすると永遠にT5を探しに行って、タイムアウトする。

また、中途半端な状態になってしまったのか今まで接続できていた機器にも接続できなくなった。

Android端末でアップデートしたところ正常に完了し、その後iPhoneや iPadで開き直すといずれの端末でも正常になったが、イコライザをタップすると時々、最新の状態にも関わらず「最新の状態」を探しに行ってそのまま行方不明になる。

以上の状態からiOSで操作することはストレスでしかなく、何の役にも立ちません。

ver1.8.0になってもT5のアプデができない

表題通りです。
接続セットアップからまずファームウェアのアプデを求められ、指示通りネット環境を整え、電池残量70%以上にしてすすめるも「準備ができてません」状態。
個人情報のみ抜かれた気分。セットアップが進まないので、イコライザーなどの機能も全く使えずです。調べたところ、Androidの方でも同じ状態のようですね。修正改善したversionをストアに即時お願いします。
