Description
KODO Hub is a mystery shopping app designed to capture reviewer's comments at the point of retail experience. The application is designed to allow you to rate service experiences in such a way that can be analysed and acted on by the service provider. Evaluation availability is based on the location of the device relative to the store locations.

仕事が表示されない
以前は表示されていたのに「公開中のお仕事」が一切表示されなくなった。仕事を見つけることもレポートを書くこともできない。
報酬が支払われず、そして突然の解雇
何ヶ月も連絡なしに報酬が支払われないことが何回も何回もありました。
そのことを意見したら、突然ログインできず、一方的に契約を切られた形になりました。
「お約束通りお支払いをお願いします」と正当な意見を述べるような調査員は邪魔のようですよ。
ただ同然の調査依頼も多かったのですが、持ちつ持たれつの関係だと信じてはいけません。
日本人には理解し難い会社に振り回されないようにしましょう。

突然アプリが落ちる。使えない。
起動するとチュートリアル画面でアプリが突然終了して全く使えない。

返答ありがとうございます。
最新のバージョンにアップデートしていますが症状は改善されません。アプリが突然終了して全く使えません。なおiOSも最新バージョンです。
