問題解決しました
iOS 17.3で、辞書コンテンツが表示されないバグは、Critical fix for iOS 17.3, ver. 15.1を再インストールすることで解決できました。
多数のバグ報告が出ていた問題ですが、解決できてホッとしました。
このような問題についてこそnotificationがユーザーに自動送信されていれば良かったと思います。
アプリのV10.0アップデートで再購入を求められて困ります -> 10.06で不具合解消
アプリをアップデートしたら、データの再購入を求められるようになり、困惑しています。レストアしても失敗と表示され、昨日まで使えていたいたアクチベータシソーラスもレストアできず使えません。アプリ再起動。iphone再起動。削除して再インストール等書かれている処置をしても同じです。アプリ内からメールしても返事もなく、こちらに記入します。よいソフトなんですがね。itunesからアプリを入れ直すとレストアできると、ストアの説明文には書かれていますが、itunesのアップデートでアプリの管理はできなくなって久しいです。パッチバージョンが出るのを待つしかないのかなぁ。宜しくお願い致します。
【追加記入】メーカーから回答を受けて追記します。メーカーからの回答は「別のアプリに課金して、間違えてこのインアプリ版をダウンロードしたのだろう」という返事でした。その推測は間違っています。私はバージョンアップ前から、このインアプリ版を使っています。アドオンの課金もしています。実際にipadでは今でもフルアドオンのインアプリ版を使えています。このipadのアプリは前のバージョンです。10へのバージョンアップは実施していません。
【追加記入2】メーカーからの回答を受けて追記します。メーカーからは「3年前から注意のメッセージは表示しています。実際の購入したバージョンに移行でしてもアドオンを使えるようになります。」という返信がありました。意味のわからない日本語も少し変な返事です。アップルにも電話で確認しましたが、インアプリ版、アクティベータシソーラス、例文音声、これら全ての購入履歴が残っていました。つまり実際に購入したバージョンはインアプリ版です。先ほどアップデートして10,0,2にしましたが、相変わらず、辞書データの購入の画面になり、レストアボタンを押しても失敗しましたと表示され、辞書は使えません。レストア機能が壊れていると思います。バグを直して下さい。
【追加記入3】10.0.6にバージョンアップしたところ、辞書データも、シソーラスも例文音声もアプリを起動しただけで使えるようになりました。バグ修正がされた様です。取りあえず様子を見ます。2021年1月3日。10.0.0にアップデートしたらコンテンツ購入を求める表示が出てレストアボタンも機能しないというバグに見舞われて約一月間本当に困りました。コンテンツは素晴らしいので、星3つにします。
【追加記入4】デベロッパから回答が来ましたが、「あなたは購入していない。このレビューは戯言」と言う趣旨の回答でした。機械翻訳を使っていると思いますが、それを差し引いても、情け無い対応と感じました。購入履歴の画像データを此処に書き込むのは怖いのでしていませんが、appleのサポートにも電話してシソーラスや例文音声も購入履歴があることは、一緒に確認してもらって居ます。 今は3に書いたように、正常に使えているので、結果オーライと考えておきます。辞書は本当に素晴らしいです。サポートが残念です。

落書きは残念です。
最初から正しい情報をサポート宛にメールで送ってくれた直ぐに対応できたのに。。
今でも購入履歴は確認出来てません。シソーラスや例文音声ダウンロードではなく、辞書のコンテンツの方です。元々は弊社のアプリではなく、他社からロングマンを購入したので、こちらとして出来る事は限られます。
no longer to be downloaded
I bought this paid version app (4,800 JPY) in Feb., this year. After only a few month later, the paid app suddenly disappear on App store and no longer to be re-downloaded. It cannot be updated the latest version.
Developer only replys the customers "to update the latest version". It's really strange and funny. How can I update the app which longer exsists???
I require Developer to refund or re-publish proper paid version.
