Не высвечиваются два последних уровня по японскому.

Добрый день. Куплен премиум на два аккаунта пару лет назад, но только сейчас заметил, что нет уровня n2 и n1. При создании нового аккаунта они есть и их вполне себе можно выбрать для обучения, но заходя в свой личный аккаунт, эти уровни исчезают и доступны только: n5,n4 и n3. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как решить проблему. Пробовал переустанавливать приложения, выходить и входить в аккаунт, но бестолку. Не хотелось бы в третий раз покупать прем на новую учетку:(
