I wanted to update the software for my HBS-XL7 but this app didn’t recognize yhr nevkbsnd although I have completely connected to my phone with Bluetooth. Is this scam or what?

After the last update, my fp9 has keep being hard to connect with iphone and mac. I have to forgot the link and reconnect them after everytime I used them.
