This new version is TERRIBLE!

Why oh why did you change it so radically? Now, when I re-open the app, I have to search again for the last book I was listening to. Books I listened to a year ago appear, but not yesterday's book. Don't tell me to download it to make it appear, there isn't enough free space on this old iPad. Just put back that most basic functionality and forget about making it look more like Apple Books.

Missing in Control Center and Notifications.

I love the Librivox community and app,
but the iOS app can’t control (play, pause etc) in the system Notifications, Control Center or in a Widget, like any other music player.
With this the app will be perfect.
