Not able to access app cannot login

The app take too much time to open the login page. After login page opens cannot login,message appear network error.

Buggy and difficult to use

Policies due don’t show up in the online payments page in the mobile app but they do come up on the website. please fix this. the app is not easy to use. also please give Touch ID login.

Pathetic app and service

I am facing following issues: 1. App is very slow 2. Forget password don’t show the captcha and it is a mandatory field.
3. OTP for login not delivered, I tried more that 35 times.
4. Login shows network error
