Crash when trying to open profile

What a great app when I trying to open someone profile or even myself, it got crashed.
And there is no bug report feature so I think it would be great to leave comment here.

Update: got-fixed in the new update. So changed it to 4

Quite buggy. Weird behavior when editing post (use case for editing post does not seem thought of?!)

Aside from the app crashing every now and then while writing your post, this app for some reason has made it its mission to keep you from editing your post after you shared it already on Linkedin. Specifically, editing the middle portion of your post. Typing in the middle of your post will immediately move the cursor to the tail end of your entire message after one letter, which makes me believe the only “edit post” use case thought of by the designer/developer is adding addendum to your post and not editing other parts. It’s really really annoying. I hope they fix it soon, otherwise I would think they are intentionally driving off people from posting because of how inconvenient and annoying it is at the moment.

I made my account via the app while traveling for a conference, so I'm not sure the issues can be blamed on the app or the whole organization, but my e-mail and WhatsApp are now getting a ludicrous amount of spam from 'recruiters' in not-applicable industries when I'm clearly not looking for work and am in a full-time PhD program. Also, a ridiculous amount of notifications and e-mails that are a little tricky to turn off. It's like Facebook or Pinterest and seems really unprofessional and exploitative of the everyday user.

Please adjust the screen size

This is my second comment. Last year I stopped using the app, because I can’t push the messages button. All because the resolution is larger than my iPhone13 Pro screen has. And it doesn’t adjust. Last year my phone was the newest model. Ok, this year there is iPhone 14. Still, because you can’t see some of the features with browser app, I would like to use the regular smartphone app. Please, check the resolution. The message button is somewhere behind my battery, wifi, connection mark. So I can’t push it.

Apps doesn’t work

LinkedIn itself on browser can run normally but not on apps, every time I try to edit my career history and choose save but can’t. When I thought is there something I missed or incorrect info, it send me back to the company section which I’m so sure I enter the correct names. But if it’s on browser I can save my info straight ahead. Now I just need to run back and forward between apps and browser to complete my info…

Crashing constantly

Recently it has been crashing constantly. Every time I open the app, it would crash and ask me to sign in. Once I have done signing in it’s fine until the next time I open the app. It’s frustrating when I’m reading an article, it suddenly crashes and ask me to sign in. Please fix this bug asap.

A bit buggy

If you use LinkedIn, I guess this app is a useful edition to your workflow however if you are writing some lengthy reply it is best to do it outside of the app and to paste it in before submitting as the app is prone to suddenly crashing and loosing your creation.

How do I add a career break? It won't let me.

LinkedIn version is 9.22.7858, and the previous version I had had the same problem.

On my iPhone, I wanted to add a career break. I ended up filling all blank text boxes and it never let me save the data. And this page did not let me save it unofficially either. What a hustle. Where can I get help with that? There is no place to ask, other than writing here.

Keeps on saying 'no internet connection' when I can use all the other apps

I hadn't opened linkedin for a while and when I tried to open it, it kept on saying something's wrong and I couldn't access anything anymore.
I tried signing out but whenever I try to sign in, it says 'no internet connection' when there's no problem with the internet and I can use all the other apps on my phone.
Please fix this.

Message not send, need to login all the time

Lost entire message because the messages aren’t send properly. I present myself as someone that doesn’t answer when it’s an app issue.
Just unacceptable, pure garbage.

BTW stop with your app banner on the mobile website.
