Can receive LISK but unable to send.

While you can receive the LISK to this wallet, you cannot send it to anywhere by an error. The customer service replies immediately but never tells you when it will be solved (even rough schedule). Seems like the trouble has been continuing for a long time (perhaps 2 years….). They tell me that my LISK is safe, however, there is no sign that I can trust them to solve.
