昼はOLとして働きながら、夜の時間帯は17でライバーをしているものです👩🏻💼📱
コロナ禍の外出自粛の時期に、誰かと話したくて、そして減ってしまった収入のためにもはじめたのがきっかけでした！！早いもので、ライバー歴は2年半になりました。
当時はライブ配信は全く初めてだったので、最初はどのボタンが何なのかもわからず、画面上にエフェクトが出現しては慌ててしまったのですが…笑、リスナーの皆さんと先輩ライバーの皆さんが教えてくださり🥹、少しずつ慣れていき、初心者ライバーが集まる「進撃」のイベントにも挑戦することができました！✨
進撃イベントの期間は、長時間の配信や初めてのイベントだったこともあり、正直プレッシャーで押し潰されてしまいそうな時もありました…🥲 でも、リスナーの方々が配信を必ず観に来てくださったり、応援のお陰でポンコツライバー、見事目標達成することができました😭🥹
もう17をはじめて2年半経ちましたが、初心者ライバーだった時代から私を応援してくれる方達が今でも遊びに来てくれたりします🤍
個人情報なのでここでは名前は言えませんが、仕事や人間関係での悩み相談をし合ったり(時には恋愛相談も😂)、昨日のお昼何食べたかまでお互いを知ってしまうような…もしかして家族や親友より仲良しかもしれませんね🤣🤣笑笑
仕事上がって帰宅し、夕食を食べ終えた後に配信ボタンを押すのが私の夜のルーティンになってます！
普段の生活では知り合えない人達に出会えたのが、このアプリを使って1番よかったと思えたことです🫶
強いて運営さんにお願いしたいことといえば、最近リスナーさんから配信開始の通知が来ないとよく聞いていて困ってます。。！
配信にリスナーさんが来てくれないと悲しいので直して頂ければ嬉しいです🙏
ガーディアン入札の誤操作に対する運営の対応
確認ダイアログを出す事もなく、誤操作をしやすい状況で、キャンセル等の対応していませんと言われるのですが、どう言った理由でキャンセル等の対応を行なっていないと言った、具体的な理由を一切説明しない
それでいて理解を求めてくるのは、会社の対応として正しいものと言えますでしょうか？
課金を行って得たポイントが、不本意な形で消費されやすい環境下で起きた問題、いわば被害を受けているんです、そんな状況のユーザーに「対応を行なってない」の説明だけで納得を得るのは不可能だと思います
もっと、ユーザー目線になって対応を行なってください
最悪キャンセルさえ出来れば、返金は不要とまで言っているのにも関わらず、対応出来ない、対応しない理由が書かれていないので、マニュアル通りと言わんばかりの対応は辞めてください
もし、ユーザー目線だと思っているのでしたら、大いに勘違いなのでご指摘させていただきます
ガーディアンのポイント消費において、無償ポイントから先に減らさないのは何故ですか？有償限定の物でポイント消費をする際に反感を喰らうと言う想定を一切していないと言うことが分かります
もし、ガーディアンは有償のみなのだとしたら、その情報が明記されていないことになんとも思っていない点に問題があります
今回はガーディアンの件で集中的に言っていますが、ギフトを投げる際にも、即座にポイント消費をしてしまっているので、ギフト投下専用のポップアップを作成するなど、スワイプ操作等での暴発防止はやるべきだと思います
業務上怠慢で過失とも取れる対応は改めるべきです
楽しいが、不便な点も多々。
最近のアプデでは不要な機能を追加しすぎている。まずはVS機能。そもそも日本では金で勝負するようなことはしないため、抵抗感があるライバーが多く、この機能を楽しんでいるのは主にレベル100以上の富裕層。しかもVSをすると落ちる配信も多く、ただでさえ重いサーバーにさらに負荷をかけている。昔あった極小ギフトなどをなくしたのはギフトの大量コンボによるサーバーの負荷を減らすためではなかったのか？
そして一括Poke機能。これは何のために付けたのか… 本当にいらないと思う。ラッキー袋を押すボタンと499coinでのpoke返しボタンの位置がほぼ同じで、これを利用してラッキー袋をのボタンが出るタイミングに合わせて一括Pokeをし、coinを搾取しようとするライバーが多い。そもそもpokeは一人一人にするものである。たまたまラッキー袋を取りに来た人たちを無理やりフォローさせてもしょうがなくないか？そんなフォローはあとで解除されるのが大半であろう。
そして、配信を30分弱見ると急に出てくるカツアゲ画面。'ギフトを送る'を押すと課金画面に移行するというなんとも卑劣なものだ。そこまでして金を取りたいのか？
また、たまにでてくるアプリ高評価を求める画面。いいえを押すとその画面が消えなかったりと散々だ。
最後に、最近運営の対応が疎かになってある気がする。最近、コロナ自粛によりライバー、リスナー共に増え、対応しきれていないのではないか？こっちは金出してるんだからきっちり対応してほしい。
