アプデしたら消えたデータ。メールを送ったらデータ復元してもらえたとレビューにあったので私もメールを送って復元してもらいました。丁寧な対応でした。 →利用規約、プライバシーポリシーが英語で読めないのに強制的に同意を求めるような表示はどうしたものか
アップデートするとログイン情報が消える。
最初、データ自体が消えたのかと思い、問い合わせしました。
メールをいただき、アカウントは持っているかと確認されたので、試しに設定画面からログアウトログインをしたらデータがちゃんと戻ってきました。
データが消えたと思われる方はアカウント情報をもう一度見直したらいいかもしれません。
