OTP every time I open the app

Since the last time M1 updated its UI the app requires OTP EVERY SINGLE TIME I open it. Unlike the older version where I only need to log in once and it stays logged in for good. Update or Downgrade?

10$ top up go away & no redound

Top up in 7 eleven, and try to purchase data pack but transactions fail, and none go away. I go M1 shop but they cannot money back. Bad customer service and really disappointed
