We’re excited to announce significant updates to our Chat feature, with enhanced performance and usability. This update ensures smoother and faster interactions in your school’s chat groups, making communication more efficient.
We’ve also made improvements that significantly enhance accessibility and performance for our users in China. These adjustments are part of our ongoing efforts to provide a seamless experience for all users worldwide.
With this release, we’ve laid the foundation for upcoming features, including Year Group and Group Chats. While no new features were in this update, the groundwork was for future enhancements.
Once your school has upgraded to the new Chat infrastructure, it will be necessary to use the latest version of our app to access the Chat. Users on older versions will be prompted to update their apps. Following this prompt will ensure you have uninterrupted access to the Chat.
We encourage everyone to update their app today to stay connected and enjoy the latest improvements!

Since the update

I keep getting logged out. Getting messages like session timed out.

Absolutely Horrible

Not sure why schools pick this app. So non intuitive and it’s stressful to even navigate around this app. MAny UI workflows are redundant and seem specially designed to get you stuck pulling your hair off. It’s been a few months and I’ve still not managed to submit a single homework for my kids !

i hate it

it’s terrible, it still appears in my nightmares, it has scarred me, why do i have to prove i have done service, its the staff’s job to keep track of our work
