Some people say it’s cheaper, my experience - it is more expensive than Grab, not only the initial display price is higher, the drivers continues to negotiate more higher price on the app, after i declined two proposals, i declined to switch back to Grab. But when i booked a trip on Grab, a Maxim driver called me, i thought it was the Grab driver, the situation is although i i declined two higher price proposals, another drive accept the initial price, i need another cancel to stop the booking process, what a bad experience - very hard to handle, so be careful! This app remains an absolute disaster. The search feature is utterly worthless. Upon entering an address, the developers, in their infinite stupidity, arbitrarily set a route without any map indication of the location. Without knowing if the location is correct, they have no right to automatically dictate a route! I am forced to return to the search screen and pinpoint the location myself every single time. This company is pathetically incompetent for ignoring such a critical design flaw for over three years.Moreover, The support is still the same screwed up, the app would be much better except their support intervention.
