"Mental Rec" is app that manages your mood,waking time,bedtime,events and examinations.You can check anytime by charts or list.
For ill person
When examined,do you remember the details from previous visits?
Do you remember how much time bad condition?
Do you remember when you take dose of medicine?
How often that happens panic attacks, overeat,vomiting etc?
It is important in treatment that you understand your condition, and you tell the doctor exactly.
For healthy person
You may have stress in school or in work.
If you cannot sleep or continually depression,it may be sign of sick.
You might recover by self-control before becoming a serious illness.
If you suffer from these symptoms,you should check your mood and sleeping time with "Mental Rec".
If your depression or insomnia continues more than two weeks,you should consult a doctor.
This App is able to send or recieve sleeping data with Health App using "Health kit" framework.
(Standard Edition + [irregular sleep log] option. iOS8.1 later only.)

(至急)改善してほしい＆回答希望です。
知人から聞き、すぐアプリをダウンロードし、標準版もすぐに購入しました。多分このアプリはAndroid版は無いと思うのですが、iPhoneではダウンロード出来るのにiPadではApp Storeでアプリ名を入れても検索結果が出てきません。受診時にiPadで医師に見せたいのですが、それは不可能なのでしょうか？ こんな素晴らしいアプリなのにそれが出来ないのはとても残念です。iPadに同期できるよう改善希望します。また、もしわたしのやり方が悪いようならば、iPadへのダウンロードの方法をご回答いただければと思います。

ありがたいアプリです。ただ、他の方がおっしゃるように使いづらいです。
印刷機能を追加で買いましたが、エラーで全く役に立ちませんでしたので早急に改善を希望します。このようなアプリは他にはないので、今後も使い続けていきたいです。
デベロッパーが悪質
使いこなせない人にはお勧めできません。有料オプションを全て購入しましたが、使い方に？？？な点が多く、デベロッパーに問い合わせましたが返信一切無し。その後不具合が連発(アプリが毎回落ちる、再インストールしたら、画面表示がおかしくなり操作不能になる、その他諸々)。怒り心頭でデベロッパーに対応をお願いする連絡(相談もどこにしていいのやら、わざと分かりづらくしてるのでは？とさえ思える)をしたのですが、こちらも返信は無しのつぶて。無料で試してみるだけならそこそこ優秀なアプリ。有料オプションについては売りっぱなしで放置の悪質アプリ。不具合さえなく、慣れて使いこなせれば、そこそこ使えるかもしれないので、星は2つ。本音はマイナス評価です。
