前のアカウントでプレイ出来ました
前のアプリでロード画面？で92%のまま止まりずっと開けない状態でした
その為連携やIDなど確認等が出来ず諦めていました
アプリ自体が変わり始めからになってしまったのですがXで公式のアカウントにDMし、ニックネームと課金していたのでその時の購入履歴を送った所、メールアドレスと繋げてもらい無事に前のアカウントで始めることが出来ました
課金をした事がある方でしたら同じ方法で対応して貰えると思うのでDMしてみてもいいかも知れないです
残念
ゲストとしてレベル50くらいまで上げて課金もして楽しんでました。復旧できた方もいたようですが、旧アプリでのお知らせが甘い！！いかにも簡単に引き継ぎ出来ますだとか、安心してくださいなどうたってましたが、簡単にいかない、そもそもゲストログインのプレイヤーは絶望的な状態（別もんのアプリになるとは思わなかった）具体的な日時の表示、ゲストは何かしらと連携しておくこと、ゲストのIDは必要などきちんと表記してほしかった。あたかも簡易に誰しもが移行出来ると思ったら大間違い。泣き寝入りするしかないんですね。時間も金も元の状態も戻って来ない。
もう復旧は無理かも
なんでわざわざ別のアプリ作ったんですか!!😭
1つ前のアプリをゲストでずっと遊んでやっとLv19まで行ったところでいざいつものように開いたら突然サ終通知…新しくアプリとったら1からですよね。(別アプリだから当然ですが。)
元々取ってたアプリで同じような現象があって問い合わせたところ､分かりやすく教えて頂いたのでゲストログインでデータ復旧出来たのに…
最初からアカウント作成絶対にして欲しかった。
もう出来ませんか？最初からならもうやらないです。
