シンプルで直感的に使いやすい

iOSユーザーです。
Merros製品は主にスマートタップ、スマートコンセントを使っており、最初の製品からは既に1年以上使い続けています。

Metros製品をコントロールする上では非常に簡潔にまとめられており、直感的な操作がしやすいと思います。
バグらしいバグもなかったと記憶しており、安心して使い続けられます。

一方シンプルなアプリと機能と製品に特化している反面、スケジュールやトリガーアクションを用いた操作には外部プログラムが必要になります。
IFTTTのサポート終了がアナウンスされたため、AlexaやGoogleHome、Siriなどを用いてこの辺りの操作をしていく事になるのだと思います。
私は主にAlexaをメインで使っておりswitch not製品と併せたパターンなどを作っています。

Plug firmware problems

The plugs I have work great and do what I want/program them to do…until there is a firmware update. Then they only work as outlets, no smart home functionality and they don’t respond to home assistants or the app.

For whatever reason, I can’t update the firmware. The app says there is a connection error. My only option is to delete the plug from my list of devices and reinstall/add the plug back to my home. Doing this means I have to reprogram all the routines and scenes within the app as well as my home assistant app (google home,Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit). This is very time consuming.

Crash immediately after pressing app button on iPhoneXs.
--- iPhone Xs, ios 13.1 or 13.0, meross 1.11.2 or 1.12.0 ---
(iPhone 8 ios13.1 is OK!)

アプリボタンを押すと直ぐにクラッシュして全く使えない！
iPhone Xs のバージョン13.0以降で、merossアプリ1.11.2以降から使えない事を認識しました。(iPhone 8, ios13.1では問題ありません)
一度アプリを削除したりもしましたが問題は解決しません。早急な対応をお願いします。

こちらにレビュー投稿したら2日くらいで1.13.0でバグ修正されました。ありがとうございます。
