画像、動画送信について

許可した子としかメッセージができないし、全ての会話が親も見れるので、安心して使わせることができるからとてもよいです。
要望としては、子どもが送ってしまった画像や動画を、後で送信取り消しができるようにしてほしい。我が子と親の画面上では消えるが、相手に送られたものは消えないようなので。消したいものを長押ししても何も表示されず消せずでした。大人のFacebookのメッセンジャーではできるのに。または、画像や動画を送る前に親の許可がないとできないようにしてほしい。
どちらももうできるのであれば勉強不足ですみません。

Volume problem

So I tried to turn down my volume becouse it was too loud but I had no control over the call volume. My IOS devise was set to 0.1 volume so it was very quiet but when I go into calls the volumes just get loud by itself while my devise volume stays on 0.1. Please try fix this problem as the volume is so loud it kind of hurts my ears.

Can’t create an account for my kid

I tried to create a messenger kids account for my child but it kept saying something went wrong and the request can’t be done. I check online and it says this may because my Facebook account doesn’t meet some standards. Is it because I am a new Facebook user? Can anyone help me with this problem, please? My child is looking forward to join his friends online using this app.
