Not worth using

I told the operator that I wouldn't be at home even if I came early. He understood, he said. But the driver came earlier than the promised time.
I told him I didn't keep the promised time and didn't come home yet. However, the driver will contact you many times.
And then the operator said not apologizing that the driver had already arrived. no way
driver blame me after making the payment. The driver is not bad. I gave a tip. A terrible response. I will never use it again.
