個人的な問題ですが、iPhoneのカメラアプリが不具合で使えないため、提出書類をライブラリから選択できるようになると嬉しいです。

サポートは手厚そうではあるが、システムに問題あり
最近日本限定で新規先物ボーナスが貰えるキャンペーンをやっています。それに参加するために、アカウント作成+KYCの認証をして、待っていたところ、いつまでたっても振り込まれませんでした（入金は不要だったので、この時点では入金はまだしていません）。サポートに問い合せたところ、「リスクコントロールシステムが作動し、ボーナスが取り消しになった」とのこと。ボーナス目当ての方は、もらえないことを前提に登録した方が良さそうです。取り扱い銘柄は多いと思うので、マイナーな銘柄を触りたい人には良いかもしれません。
