Description
Microsoft Lens (formerly Office Lens) trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards and documents readable.
You can use Microsoft Lens to convert images to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files, digitize printed or handwritten text, and save to OneNote, OneDrive, or your local device. You can even import images that are already on your device using Gallery.
PRODUCTIVITY AT WORK
• Scan and upload all your notes, receipts, and documents
• Capture whiteboard at end of the meeting to keep those action items on track
• Scan printed text or handwritten meeting notes to edit and share later

Proのカメラだと全体にピントが合わない
iPhone 13 mini からiPhone15 Proに機種変更してから、ピントが甘くなったというか、撮影対象全体に合わなくなりました。
他のレビュアーさんでも同じような症状の方がいるのと、旧機種では、今でも問題なくピントが合っていることを考えると、Proのレンズ、もしくはカメラシステム？への対応がうまく出来ていないのではと想像しています。
iPhoneのレンズ性能の向上でボケやすくなっている可能性も考えたのですが、iPhoneの標準カメラアプリの標準広角レンズで撮影した書類などは、用紙全体の文字にピントが合っています。
現状、仕方がないので、別のカメラアプリで一旦撮影した画像を写真アプリからOfficeLensに取り込む使い方をしています。
無料アプリなので、あまりコストをかけられないとは思いますが、アップデートで対応してもらえると大変助かります。
出来れば、望遠レンズにも対応していただけると、撮影対象に影ができにくいので、さらにありがたいです。

速かったです
仕事の書類や資料が室内を圧迫してきたので、これを減らすべく、データ化を決意。手持ちのスキャナのグレードをあげようと購入を考えていたところに、たまたま先日こちらのアプリを発見。ダメ元でやってみるかと、事務所総出でこのアプリを使ってデータ化にトライ。
なんと、こちらのアプリのみで全ての紙書類や資料のデータ化に成功しました。スキャナ使うより、スマホゆえに作業がスピーディー、ザクザク作業を進めたのですが、荒い作業にもかかわらず、資料の細部や、細かいメモにも全て焦点があっていて、照明の影？も上手いこと消えて保存されていました。
結局、たった一週間ほどで、天井まである書棚がほぼ全て完了、からっぽです。USBに全て収まりました。
これ無料なのですね、驚きます。
課金なしで、一体どこから開発費を捻出しているのでしょう。
使い込めば色々あるのかなと思いますが、ウチの事務所では本当にすばらしい働きでした。
心からの感謝をー。
領収書のスキャンとクラウドへの保存に
個人事業主で領収書や請求書のスキャンとクラウドへの保存に使ってますが、かなり良いです。
元々はマネーフォワードのアプリをスキャンに使ってましたが読み取り精度がひどく、入力欄も使いづらい。普通に仕訳入力して領収書貼り付けたほうが早い。
そこで、スキャンとクラウド保存だけできるソフトを選定。Amazonフォトもいいけどスマホに領収書の写真を保存したくない。プリンターのスキャン機能や、Adobeスキャンも使いましたがクラウドからダウンロードする手間が面倒。家計簿アプリは検討外。
クラウドにワンドライブを使っているためこのlensを使ってみたところ、めちゃくちゃ良かった。
レシートの形にさくっと切り取りしてくれるし、トリミングも簡単。ワンドライブへの保存と、PCからの読み取りがシームレス。
さすがマイクロソフト。ソフトウェアのレベルがやっぱ高いです。
