A Couple of Suggestions

1. On the iOS app’s radical lookup sidebar, the background and stroke numbers are white and very light grey. Hard to see the number. Can you darken for better contrast? 2. On iOS and iPad iOS, too many characters aren’t included in the stroke function. Have to go to radical lookup to find. A time waster. What can’t ALL characters be accessible by stroking?

AMAZING Camera Lookup. Visual Pitch Accents.

The new camera function is MARVELLOUS!
Rather than scanning and doing a bulk translation (as Google Translate does), this app allows you to take a photo and then tap on each word to show it’s dictionary search results… It’s hard to explain without a screenshot, but this is perfect for allowing me to have a kind of “split screen” with my Japanese photo/text in the bottom half, and a live dictionary in the too half. I might try this on Japanese video games, by using the camera feature on dialogue text. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Every word in Japanese has a binary pitch accent measured in HIGHs and lows… and since many words share the same pronunciation, the pitch pattern discriminates the target meaning. The new update now includes this feature, so now I don’t need to look up pitch patterns on the internet anymore. Thank you!!!

Amazing app for Japanese Study

I highly recommend this app! I've been using it for more than two years and it has been a game changers. It's designed well and has a lot of great features! I especially love the ability to save and organize vocabulary/example sentences into lists that I can go back review at anytime.
