端的に述べて最悪
2着ワンピースを購入。
片方が明らかに掲載写真と違うし、ストライプのプリントにミスがある(しかも目立つところ)。
返品もしくは交換対応してもらいたくて、連絡したものの、返品or交換可なのかはっきり返答せず濁すばかり。
不良品の基準とか言って存在しないURL貼って返信してくるし、いくつか質問しても一つしか答えない。
デザインが違うことは「デザイン改良のため予告無く変更する事があります」とか「掲載写真はサンプルなので同じものが届く訳ではない」
元から返品交換どちらも対応する気が無いらしく客をイライラさせて諦めるのを待ってたらしい。
サイトには対応しますとか書いてあるけど、ただ口先だけ。
ちなみに返品は15%の商品代は購入者の負担で(ここはサイトに書いてある)送料も負担しなければならない(これは書いていない)
正直ワンピースはものすごく粗悪品って訳では無かったけどスタッフの対応が最悪。
商品は他のレビュー見ると粗悪品が届いた人もいるらしい。
このアプリの使用と購入は絶対に勧めません。日本のいい環境に慣れてる日本人には有り得ないことが多すぎました。
安くて魅力的に見えますが、それなりにリスクはあります。きちんとお金を払って信用のあるブランドやアパレルメーカーで服を買った方がいいと学びました。
これを読んで1人でもこのアプリを利用しないことを願います。

星なんて付けたくない
購入し1ヶ月後に届きました。
しかし、クレジットカードの請求書を見てみたらアプリとは違う金額の物が3回購入した事になってました。(計4万5千円)
問い合せてますが皆さんの口コミを見て期待はしてません。カードは止めました。本当に詐欺会社です。可愛いし安いけれど買うのはやめた方がいいですよ。勉強代として諦めるしかないのかな

人生で初めて詐欺に遭いました。
さすがチャイナだわー対応もカス。
散々待たせた上に購入したものとまったく違う物が届き、理由は（欠品したから似たような物を送った）だそうです。
欠品ならば普通は全額払い戻しですよね？
こちらに落ち度がないにも関わらず全額返金するなら海外発送で送料はこちら負担で返品してくれと。なぜこちらが送料負担しなきゃならんの？（笑）
挙げ句の果てには、支払い金額の40%なら返金すると。いやいや詐欺でしょ。
