Beautiful Balance - being with, working with, living it
This is my favorite app. It has a comprehensive suite of options —without being overwhelming or intimidating— to practice mindfulness whatever your starting point may be, and offers a wonderful integration of coaching and education on how you can ground and apply your practice into your day to day, optimizing your awareness, resilience, vitality, relating, performance, growth, healing, stability, integration, agility, functioning, calm and inner peace… and overall sparkle and happiness. I really like the daily mindfulness teachings and practices with Melli and Cory.
