Movavi app format change is no good
Movavi is awful usage after they changed their format. I used to love their app. All my iTunes music I had installed is gone. I need to reinstall it??? And I need to move out of iPhones to do it??? That’s crazy. I don’t like their new format and I’m being charged for it when I was already using it. Even if my old contract expired I was able to renew and everything was intact. All history all my music GONE!!!

Hard to contact
Hi I paid my subscription 2 minutes ago but I got my phone broken and with my new telephone it seems like I have to pay again for using an app.
