Why this app can access my clipboard

While I open this app ，they access my clipboard and take what I just copied from the other app

It works as intended!

App is smooth and have a nice modern UI look. The entire setting up process is easy. Functionality-wise, it simply worked as intended and allow me to pay my bills effortlessly. The added feature to send me a receipt of payment to my email for future reference is a great convenience.
