とても良いアプリでやりとりスムーズに進みました
Very bad customer service
They don’t tell me from which country this company based. Whenever I call the customer service center, all reply persons are Indian with thick Indian accent. I wanted the Japanese speaking persons to discuss the flight got canceled but the customer service woman replied that there is no Japanese person here and all are Indians. I don’t understand their words of English.

キャンセルのプランで追加費用を支払いました。
タイエアーから欠航になったと案内が来てからが最悪。
コールセンターの電話は日本のコールセンターを模倣してあり、らしく音声は流れますが「担当部署」には繋がらないのです。
同じ音声が繰り返しアナウンスされるだけ！
さらにチャットもロボットではありませんが、事前キャンセルだと伝えているのに、こちらが要求していない次の便の案内をのらりくらりと手配しようとする。
すべてキャプチャーしてあり、消費者庁に訴えると言ったら、航空会社に直接連絡しろと！
そもそも、詐欺サイトのアプリ。
