Description
This app makes check-in process at the hotels easier. You can check in immediately at the hotel by holding up the QR code generated by this app to the check-in device.
■ If you make a reservation at a participating hotel, the reservation will be displayed in the app automatically.
■ If the reservation is not displayed automatically, you can search for it using the number that was issued when you made the reservation.
■ Preparing for check-in in advance will make your check-in at the hotel easier.
■ You can check in immediately at the hotel by holding up the QR code to the check-in device.
You can prepare for your check-in for the day to up to the day after the following day.
This app can be used for hotel reservations supported by NEC Smooth check-in.

予約一覧が出てこない
宿泊予定ホテルからスムーズなチェックインの為こちらのアプリを推奨されたのでインストールしたけど、宿泊2日前でも予約一覧が表示されない。また本登録もiphoneではで何故かできなかった。
その後よくある質問で、表示されている全部のホテルに予約情報取得に同意しなくてはいけない事がわかり無事に予約一覧が表示されました。
一言全部に同意が必要とあればこんなに悩まなかったのに…
プロフィールの生年月日を入力しようと、該当箇所をタップするとアプリが落ち入力出来ません
アプリを使いたいとダウンロードし、プロフィールの項目を入力してるのですが、生年月日の欄は、触れると、アプリが落ちるので、入力を完了出来ません。よくある質問を探しましたが、該当するものが無く、問い合わせ先も見つかりません。どうやったら、入力を完了出来るようになりますか？
NECさんよ、早くバグ直せよ。
生年月日や日付検索を押すと、アプリが落ちる。
表示されているホテルを1個ずつ押し、謎の同意をしないと先に進めない。
なんでこんなに使えないアプリをお勧めして、チェックインさせるのか意味不明。
とりあえずweb版を使ってくださいとのこと。
