ログインセッション切れ

ログインセッション切れで再度ログインできない。
アプリを一時削除しないとアプリが使えない
2段階認証もあるので、早急に直して貰いたい

Sorry for the inconvenience. I believe you upgraded the previous iOS app from 5.1.x to 5.5.13 after you get force upgrade screen when launch the app in old version. Is the session invalid error popup appears repeatedly when doing a login until you manually uninstall and re-reinstall the app from stores? ほぼ1カ月毎に再インストールが必要

ログインセッションが切れると、スプラッシュスクリーンのから画面遷移しなくなる。何も入力できないのでログインも出来ない。アプリを再インストールするしかなくなる。

1年ほどずっと改善なし。iPhoneX+iOSは常に最新の環境。

ログイン出来ないのだから、2以上評価のしようがない。一応法人向けだし、歴史あるメーカーだしと思ったが、バカなハブ以外は二度と買うまいと誓いました。

Sorry for the inconvenience. We like to hear your concern to help better to resolve the issue. Did you see "Invalid session" popup? and after clicking "Ok" in the popup , you will be redirected to login screen and it got hanged which prevents you to login to the App? Can’t login

When I want to login And app show, “Settling has expired and tap ‘OK’ will be re-loginning ” dialog. I tapped Ok button but I can never find login form.
I want to fix this bag.

We have released new App version v5.0.11 with more improvements specific to iPhone X. Please upgrade to the latest iOS App version and share your experience whether your problem got resolved. Appreciate your response.
