リセットされるサイクルの日にちを自分で設定できたらより良い。
APNが間違えた
APNがアプリから間違えて打ち込んでしまったので、マルキ使い物にならない、アプリを開いても、エアカード785sが使えるものならない。電源を入れると赤が点滅するだけで青に点滅しない。楽天には入っているのに、修理もしてくれない。APNを書き換えるだけで済む問題なのですけど、そこまで電話をかけても対応してくれない。さすがアメリカの会社だけあって、日本の修理専門の会社でも作っておいてくれればよかったのに、まだ現役の機械なのですが、もう使い物にはならないゴミ箱行きです、安いからといって、アマゾンなどで買わないようにしてください、私も安いから買いましたが、会社の対応がぐるぐるが悪いとか、何とか他の人もせいにばっかりしている会社だ
接続が定期的に切れる
とあるアプリを使用しているとおよそ15分置きに通信不通になります。NETGEARの管理アプリを起動するとログイン画面になり自動ログインすると通信が始まります。本アプリのせいかモバイルルーター本体の問題か分かりませんがストレスです。解消方法があれば教えて欲しいです。
