バカにしてる
撮影者に著作権はあるものの、NHKがほぼ自由に使えて商品化までできるとか利用規約に書いておきながら、投稿者に対する報酬に対して何も明記してない。
テレビで映像か流れるかもしれないという「栄誉」と引き換えに、一方的に搾取されたい人は利用すればいいと思います。
庶民からの受信料
庶民からの受信料がこう言ったアプリ作成にも使われているのですね。
Twitterの投稿からスクープじゃなくて優先的にネタを仕入れたいのでしょうか？
