使いやすく試験対策にバッチリ

非常に使いやすく、自分自身の勉強に大変役立っておりかなり満足しています。その上で気になる点をいくつか指摘したい。
①メンテナンス後にデッキが一つ消失していた。どのように復元すれば良いかわからない。
②デッキ中のカードの並び替えに数字順を追加してほしい
③カードに添付できる写真の枚数を3枚より増やしてほしい。

⚡️💀⚡️バグらないでください Stop acting like a beta version.

年額払いで購入。デッキを自作し、準備を整えて、いざ覚え始めて1週間、勉強のリズムが整って来たタイミングで、突然バグって使えない。しかも一瞬バグったとかではなく1週間以上。今なおバグりは進行中で使えない。使えない期間の使用料返して。使えない日が多いのに年間料金とるってヤバい。有料アプリだし、こういうケースのためのバックアップ体制とかもやっといてほしい。
全然復旧しないので、元祖のAnki.netの、PCアプリ+ iOSブラウザ閲覧＝完全無料を使ってみた。使い勝手がどうとか聞いていたが、サクサク動くしCSVアップロードできるし忘却曲線に沿って出てくるし、今となっては最初からそっちを使ってたら、このアプリは不要だったな、という感じ。こっちに年額支払いしちゃったし、デッキ山盛り詰め込んだから使うけど。
この先、またこのアプリが長期間落ちることを見込んで、これを機会に元祖Anki.netに全部のデッキをバックアップしといた。
I paid for an annual subscription. After creating my own decks and getting everything ready, I finally got into a good study rhythm. Just one week in, the app suddenly bugged out and became unusable — not just for a moment, but for an extended period. Even now, the issue persists. Since this is a paid app, I really expect them to have proper backup systems and support in place for situations like this.
Since it wasn’t recovering at all, I tried the original Anki.net — using the PC app + viewing via iOS browser, all completely free. I’d heard people say it wasn’t that user-friendly, but it runs smoothly, allows CSV uploads, and presents cards according to the forgetting curve. Honestly, if I had started with that from the beginning, I wouldn’t have needed this app at all.
That said, I already paid for the annual plan here and have packed tons of decks into it, so I’ll keep using it.
But assuming this app might go down again for a long time, I took this opportunity to back up all my decks to the original Anki.net.

The server outage that happened recently was certainly not planned and not something we expected, and of course we tried to fix it as soon as possible. The app is already back and running, and we're extremely sorry for all the troubles that were caused to our users because of that. Misleading/Locked out for almost a week

Name of app is misleading. It’s mimicking Ankiweb. Aside from that, we’ve been locked out of the app for at least a week now it seems and I’m paying for a subscription. App claimed it was “short maintenance” in the start which seems like a coverup for a bigger issue. Will anyone be getting any kind of compensation?
