The static pulldown note is an obsticle!

I wish its open Window could move around the desktop to avoid covering the underlying app which one needs to interact with, and stow away by clicking on the triangular tab. Stuck at the top, takes away from its usefulness. A static pulldown menue attached to an open note window not such a good idea. I'll give it 5 STARS when the feature is added.
