Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered

I’ve used OFX for the first time at the beginning of Oct to transfer a fund from Hong Kong to Taiwan.

According to the system of OFX, the fund should be sent yet the other end had not receive the fund.

Tried sending an email to customer service and after a week there’s no reply. Tried calling the number from their site and their representative has the worst temper I’ve ever encountered plus the issue isn’t even sorted. All he told me to do is wait for a couple days more… and here we are after an entire week, my fund is still unknown where it is and got no help from CS.

Seriously considering next step level action and would recommend every stay away from this company. It is shady as f*.
