The dad is over, get real
Now that business is established, it’s just fine to treat customers anyway you want.
Cabs are usually very dirty, drivers can be rude with occasionally sensible drivers. One doesn’t want to touch the surfaces as they are very dirty. In my ride from Sonam paradise to Kandivali; the can actually had garbage in the doors, empty juice and coffee cups and old newspapers. One could see dust flying around in the car. In the ride from Kandivali to Sonam Paradise the driver was unresponsive and actually tried to cheat me out of money. So all in all, it’s a less than idea experience, but why should customers expect any better?
There is no option to call the customer services for immediate support.
Driver took several long routes and I had to pay more than 25% extra than the estimated amount. Driver had the option to wait for signal but instead just took another route.
They should follow the same route which is displayed on app during price and time estimation. If at all for any reason they need to re-route, atleast consult the passenger.
Driver said call the customer service or pay me my money. There is absolutely no option to call customer service on the app. It’s so pathetic.
Both the driver and the app are looting the passengers.
This happened twice with me, so just deleted the app. Goodbye! Sayonara! Hope I won’t need your services again.
