3) Latest One Harmony member-related announcements
・Receiving notifications about One Harmony member related news.
4) Special offers
・Receiving notifications about the promotions, accommodation plans, and other special offers from each hotel.
5) One Harmony account information
・Present your digital membership card.
・Check account information such as points, status, etc.
・Modify your registered account information.
6) Digital Key

予約の確認がしにくい...。
ただの憂さ晴らしです。
予約の確認が国内、国外に分かれていて、ログインした状態からでも確認しようとすると会員番号の入力を求められます。
なので、9桁の会員番号は覚える必要があります。
さらに海外の予約確認が難解で、会員番号を聞いてくるタブが出るくせに、それは入力しても作動せず、上の方のとてもタブとは思えない場所をタッチしないと予約確認にログインできません。
この操作は今まで何度か電話で問い合わせましたが分からず、こちらの端末の不具合にされてきたのですが、前日、キャンセルしたと思っていた海外ホテルにキャンセル料15万を取られ、その際に細かく確認し、やっと予約確認方法が分かりました。
毎月のようにアプリに触れてる最上級のエクスクルーシブの会員なんですけど...。
たぶん、情弱な私が悪いのでしょうけれど、もう少し分かりやすくしてくれると良いと思うのですが...。
使いにくい
自動ログインして、予約をし、確定するため、再度手動ログインを要求され、その都度、うんざりです。
APPは外注にしろ、担当者に変更依頼すれば、簡単にできるかと思われます。こんな不親切なもの、ハーモニーとは程遠いAPPです。
おまけに領収書発行する度に、サーバーエラーと堂々大きな文字を表示され、恥じるべし。
予約確認出来ない
ログイン後、予約確認しようとすると再度ログインを求められるのですが、正しいログイン情報入れても通らずホテル予約確認が出来ない。Webでも同様の症状で、非常に不便。
