Oto is a self-guided audio app for people who experience tinnitus (ringing in the ears). At its heart is a library of calming sounds you can listen to any time, alongside short guided audio and practical education to support your everyday wellbeing and routines. What you’ll get • A library of calming sounds — white, pink and brown noise, nature and environmental sounds, and layered soundscapes you can mix • Adjustable volume and an optional sleep timer • Short guided audio sessions (about 5–10 minutes) you can use any time • Practical education and simple techniques to explore at your own pace • Optional reminders, private notes, and light progress tracking How it works 1. Choose the sounds and topics that suit you 2. Listen to calming sounds and brief guided audio each day 3. Reflect on what helps and build steady routines Getting started Your provider will create you an account and help you choose where to begin.
