Didn't work

Just paid 160 Yen in order to merge PDF files but it didn't merge the files. It says "files were merged" but I didn't see the file. I'm using iPhone SE and I don't think this was because of my phone.

pdfマージを購入したのに、マージしたファイルを開ける際に"pdf maker proを購入する？"が表示され、アンロックしないとファイルを開けないなんて。。。何故でしょうか？
