Pexip Infinity Connect is an easy-to-use mobile client used to connect directly to Pexip Virtual Meeting Rooms, or (using Pexip Infinity as a gateway) to any other endpoint, such as Microsoft Skype for Business or H.323/SIP standards based endpoints.

Infinity Connect users can elect to join the conference with full video, with audio-only or to simply send and view presentations.

All Infinity Connect hosts are also able to control aspects of the conference such as muting and unmuting other participants, adding and disconnecting other users, and locking the conference.

Fix an issue where some devices would not rotate to landscape in conference

Cannot be used for business

I updated to v1.9.0 and now I have multiple devices that have trouble hearing me even with the volume set to maximum.

I contacted support and got an answer a week later. They said to use it in a quiet environment and to use earphones!

The v1.8.x version was still better, but I can't revert and no update is available.
There is no warning in the release notes that the volume might be lowered.

It seems that pexip doesn't care if some users can't handle the business.

Incredible response

v1.8.3 contained several new bugs with user impact that had never been before, but it was released without care.

We requested that they release a fixed version that would not be changed for the worse. The person responsible does not show one’s face and the reason for updating so much is not explained.
I can only wonder if there is a serious bug.

They are confusing and disrespectful to users.

Not worth the rating

After the update, I couldn’t connect to the conference, and it didn’t improve for three days after l reported the problem.

Support response is sloppy.
