プリセット保存の不具合が
現在はiPhoneSE2にて、5Sの時から何年もずっと愛用させてもらっています。最近のバージョンになって、もやの除去やプリセットの保存など、今まで無料で使えていた機能がいくつか有料になったようです。それにしてもこんなに細かい編集がよくタダでできていたなと思いますし、別にいいのですが。
プリセットの保存をかなりよく使うので、とりあえずひと月分課金して今まで通りの使い方をしていると、どうもプリセットの保存がうまくいかなくなりました。
過去に作ったプリセットは問題なく適用されるのですが、新しく編集してプリセットを作っても次から編集する写真に適用することができません。他にこの不具合が起きている方はいないのでしょうか？
最新バージョンにアップデートしたりいろいろと試しましたが、これだけどうもうまくいきません。
もし開発者様の方でこの不具合を治せるのであれば、またアップデートを出していただきたいです。このままだと課金した意味がないので、、、 どうかよろしくお願いします。

お調べしましたがご申告の内容はこちらでは報告されていないようです。
内容が少々異なりますが、先日のアップデートにてプリセットについての修正が行われましたので、一度最新版にアップデートをお試しください。

チャームが使えなくなる
フリーズを頻繁に起こすのでその都度再起動しながらの編集作業はストレスが溜まります。
RAWも時々編集したいので有料にしていますが何とかならないものか。。
機能は気に入っているだけに残念ポイント。
外出先でRAW撮影しiPhoneに取り込みPS expressで展開、現像しようとしましたが出来ませんでした。 以前は展開できたRAWファイルもやってみましたが出来なくなっていました。 レビューに上記を記載してから後日改めて試してみました。 ペンタックスのカメラのRAWの記録用拡張子設定はデフォのままPEFでしたので、これをDNGにしてみたら展開出来る様になりました。 しかしPS expressではペンタックスの基本拡張子であるPEFはこのアプリでサポートしてある旨が記載されており、私がこのアプリを使い始めた3月にはPEFのままでも展開、現像出来ていました。 その後のアップデートでPEFでは使えない仕様になってしまった可能性が高いと思いますので早急の対応をお願い致します。 とうとうDNGでも展開出来なくなりました。。 ペンタックスではRAW現像出来ないのですか？ RAWファイルは相変わらず開けません。 iphoneでJPEG編集をする際、明るさを調整しチャームを選択すると機能しなくなります。 スライダーが0で弄っても変化はしない。 一枚ごとに再起動しながら使っています。 premiumにしている意味がない様な気がしてきました。 機能は気に入っているだけに残念です。 2021年4月 最近ペンタックスのRAWがやっと現像出来る様になったのでpremium復活です。 相変わらず露出調整とかの後チャームを弄ろうとするとスライダーが0のままで再起動を要しますが、まあRAWが現像出来る様になっただけでも進歩ではないでしょうか。

ロードマークのままフリーズ
結構前から使っていますが前回のアプデからでしょうか…？最近ずっとロードマークのままフリーズしてます。(CCでログインしています)
写真を選択→既存フィルター(基本>夏やチャーム等どのフィルターでも同じ)を適用→調整をタップするとロードマークでフリーズ。
アプリを強制終了させて同じことをすると使えるので何とか使えてますが、毎回不便です。
10分くらい放置してみてもフリーズしたまんま。
iphoneで撮った写真でも一眼レフで撮った写真でも同様。(jpg)
ちなみにスマホ自体再起動しても同様。

PSexpressは最新にアプデ済み
次のアプデで治ってくれたらいいのになぁ。
