寸法が合わない
簡単に使ってみたところ、機能としては申し分無いように思われる。
しかし図面を見ながら部屋を作っていくと、寸法ががどうしても合わない。
いろいろ試したところ、どうも部屋の内寸に合っているように感じる。
家の図面は柱の中央の寸法を書いてあるので、そこに差が生じているよう。
住んでいる家の寸法は実際に測ればいいので良いと思うが、新居の計画には使いにくい。
デベロッパーには以下の点を修正希望したい。
・寸法を内寸基準にするかの設定
・部屋を作成する際のデフォルトの壁の厚さを設定可能に

Hi there. Thank You for the feedback, indeed. we'll give more attention into measurements and their appliance. That's what we do on a regular basis. wall thickness, actually, can be altered directly, via Edit and/or Paintbrush icon.
他のよりは精度高く作れますが、、
複数の間取り作成アプリを使ってみた結果、こちらが一番再現率が高いので最後まで作ってみました。他の方と重複するかとは思いますが、ここがこうならいいのになぁということを挙げます。
【改善希望点】
●壁を作る際に1m以下の表示もしてほしい。
→作ったあとは1m以下も表示されるが、何故か壁を作る初期段階では1mになってからじゃないと数字が表示されない為、次項の難点にも繋がる。
●壁やインテリア等、幅を変えるときに片側を起点として伸び縮みしてほしい。
→現状、真ん中を起点として伸び縮みするので、壁の長さを変えようもんなら隣接する壁が斜めになり、それをまっすぐに直したつもりでもびっみょーーに斜めになっており、その誤差が後々他の部屋を作ったときにズレが生じてくる。そんな微かな斜めなんて設定あっても需要ないんじゃ..と個人的には思いますが；
●構造で傾斜天井を追加してほしい。
→日本だと割と多いのかなぁと思いますが、吹き抜けの天井の一部が斜めになっていたり、うちだと子供部屋の一部が構造上傾斜天井が付いてしまう為、設定があるといいなレベル。
●閲覧モードを作ってほしい。
→色々家具を設置したあと3Dに切り替えて部屋の中を見ていると、知らぬ間に家具が動いていたり、なんなら部屋ごと動いていたり、誤操作で動かしていることがあります。閲覧モードがあれば、他の人に見せたときも家具が動く心配もないので、これも検討願いたい。

大きな希望点は以上です。
自分なりに工夫しているのは、下り天井や部屋として作るまでもないトイレや玄関、構造上付いてしまう梁、土間とホールの境目、などは、柱のベーシックなやつを幅や高さ、フロアからの高さも加味して、天井なり壁として起用しています。この柱は四角ではなく、角が取れた四角ですが、フリーラインで壁を描くより寸法が正確かつ簡単です。色も変えられるので、外壁のアクセントとしても起用しています。1階が完成したあとにこの柱の活用法に気付き、2階はこの柱を使って細かい壁の間仕切りをしています。子供部屋のアクセントクロスの壁が重なりあっているので、壁の厚さを5mmずつにして、それぞれの壁紙のように設定し隣り合わせるだけで簡単にできました！オススメです！
なんだかんだ課金になってましたが、今後家具を購入した際のサイズ感を確かめられたりするかなぁと、そこまで後悔はないです。
有料版に変える気になれません。
■iPhoneのアプリで作った家を、Windows10のソフトでも作業したいが、出来ない。
■文字入力が出来ないので、希望の部屋名が入れられない。
ランドリー室はテラスで代用してる。
せめて、ベッドルーム1〜ベッドルーム6くらいは用意して欲しい。
■全面ガラス張りにしたくて、窓の上に窓をのせてみたけれど、3Dで確認したら上には乗ってなく、一段目の窓しか認識してくれない。
■ガラス素材が無い。
透明・白いすりガラス・薄〜い青や緑色のガラスなどが欲しい。
■無料・鍵付き有料共に、欲しいアイテムが少ない。
何千アイテムといっても、お風呂用アヒルのような物まで入ってる。
郵便受けやインターフォンなどの必需品が無いのは、外国のアプリだから？
■何に使うアイテムなのか分からない物が多々ある。
■人物素材が、木製の人物と大人の男女、しかも何故かマスク着用のが多く、老人・子ども・赤ちゃんなど、幅広い年齢層が無い。
■シャム猫が何ポーズかあるけれど、犬が全く無い。
■屋根はあの一種類だけですか？
仕方なく3階をプラスして、壁の高さ20㎝位の部屋をのせ、屋根代わりにしています。
■アイテムのサイズが、置いてみないと分からない。
高さは、3Dに切り替えてみて、大体の高さが分かる程度。
■コの字型の階段が無い。
■曲線の壁が無い。
壁の分割で曲げて曲線を出すものの、長い壁でないと作れない。
■コピペが出来ないので、作った部屋を別のフロアに移動する事が出来ず、一から作り直さなければならない。
■窓やドアが知らないうちにズレていることがある。
■壁移動で、わずかなはずみで斜めになってしまうことが多々ある。
■部屋の四隅の十字ポイント移動が細かく移動出来ず、大きく移動してしまう。
■細い柱の様な物は、十字ポイントしか認識してくれないので、全体をそのまま移動したくても、一発で移動することが出来ない。
■部屋のアイテムで、壁を斜めに出来るらしい物があるのに、使い方が分からない。
■同じ形の部屋アイテムが２個用意されているけれど、大きな違いが分からない。
■壁厚20㎝の所のドアが、反対側からみたら壁になっている。
■分割などの作業メニューが、指定したい壁の直ぐ上に表示されるので、壁を指定しようとした時に、分割や削除などを触ってしまい、取り消しの余計な動作を繰り返すことになる。
■隣家の地面は我が家より2m高く、反対隣りは1m低いが、高低差をつけることが出来ないアプリなので、隣り近所の見え方を確認することが出来ない。
…以上のことから、とても有料版に切り替える気になりません。
ただ他のアプリでは、作ったデータを保存出来ないものもあるそうなので、当面は使わせて頂きます。
