Poor system support

There’s a bug with the password that they’ve never fixed! The system does that recognise your password and it doesn’t matter how many times you redefine it, the system simply won’t recognise it even typing it correctly.

And don’t think that you can count on customer support. It is usually an automatic reply telling you to do the obvious (which doesn’t work no matter how many times you try it).

In sum, it’s just not worth it! You cannot log in and there’s no one to help you with the issue, so you basically get stuck unable to log in.

Trash app

I used to have my account and poof! They got rid of Japan from supported countries. It’s 2019 and they restrict the places to be able to use app at?? Such a trash app/dating sites and useless. I even sent them emails to customer support and they NEVER got back to me. Fucking trash customer support too.

Can’t register

I simply can’t register. When submitting the registration form, I’m asked to solve a CAPTCHA puzzle, then I’m thrown back to the form. There are no error messages. Uninstalled.
