Dharma Talks are teachings given by Thich Nhat Hanh on how to bring Buddhist wisdom and mindfulness into our life. Rather than discussing theoretical concepts, he focuses on direct and clear teachings to relieve suffering and create happiness in our day to day lives.

BELL OF MINDFULNESS
In Plum Village monasteries bells of mindfulness chime at regular intervals. Everybody stops and takes three mindful breaths to pause from their thinking or talking, breathe, and return to their bodies. The Bell of Mindfulness allows us to have the same reminder on our phone.
We can customize the bell to chime at different time periods. Settings include:
• Start time / End time
• Chime intervals
• Bell volume
• Daily repeating schedule

In this small update we have made improvements and fixes. In particular, playlists now load faster and the experience of adding a track to a playlist is clearer.
Perfect for daily meditation
I’m using this app for 6 months. Doing 20min interval meditation is now part of my daily routine. If you’re looking for a meditation app that simple, well designed and reliable (and free!), this is it.
The only issue for me was the app doesn’t record meditation time in Healthcare, but lastest version solved it! Thank you!

I was really waiting for this app.
I am very happy because I can hear voice of Thich Nhat Hanh and sutra or songs of plum village. And also, I can set the mindfulbell every 5 ~ 60 minutes!

So happy when we have many option for the bell. Thanks team for your contribution.
That is great if the volume of bell can be down(smaller). Now it quite big event if i let the volume if mobiphone minimum.
